Contracts Manager Qualifications: 10 years experience in contract preparation and supervision. Responsible for preparation and submission of tenders, accounts, purchases and sales, recruitment of staff, supervision of staff, safety and payroll.
Estimator/Purchasing Officer Qualifications: 25 years experience in civil engineering and construction products including estimating quoting & tender submissions. 25 years experience in the supply manufacture and installation of Guardrail Systems.
Civil Engineer Qualifications: 40 years experience in contract preparation, law, and programming.
